American RV Decks offers free shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping applies to standard ground or freight delivery, depending on product size and weight. Any applicable shipping charges for non-standard delivery areas or special delivery requests will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not included in free shipping unless explicitly stated. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote if needed.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods

Due to the size and weight of our products, shipments may be delivered via:

• Ground carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) for smaller items
• LTL freight carriers for larger deck components

Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery unless otherwise specified.

5. Freight Deliveries & Responsibilities

For freight shipments:

• The delivery location must be accessible to a standard freight truck
• The recipient is responsible for unloading the shipment unless otherwise arranged
• Someone must be present at the delivery location to receive and inspect the shipment

If delivery is missed due to customer unavailability or inaccessible delivery locations, additional delivery or storage fees may apply.

6. Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged:

• Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
• Take photos of the damage and packaging
• Contact American RV Decks within 48 hours of delivery with documentation

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to file a carrier claim.

7. Incorrect Address or Refused Deliveries

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Product Warranty

Limited Lifetime Product Warranty

American RV Decks stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products. We warrant our RV deck system and related covered components against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, beginning on the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner, user, or purchaser.

If a covered product or component is determined by American RV Decks to be defective due to materials or workmanship, American RV Decks may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, provide a replacement component, replace the product with a comparable

1. Full RV Deck System Warranty

This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal RV and recreational use, provided the product has been properly installed, used, maintained, and stored according to American RV Decks’ instructions and
recommendations.

Covered warranty issues may include manufacturing defects, structural defects, or component failures that are not the result of misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, neglect, accident, environmental exposure, or normal wear.

2. Composite Decking Warranty

The composite decking boards used in our RV Deck systems are covered by a 25-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty provided by Deckorators®, the decking manufacturer. This warranty protects against defects such as cracking, splitting, or significant fading under normal residential use.

3. Terrazzo Drop-In Panel Warranty

The Terrazzo Drop-In panels come with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic issues such as rust, scratches, fading, or discoloration
• Alterations, modifications, or vandalism of the product
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, fire, flooding, or acts of nature
• Commercial or heavy-duty use beyond typical residential or recreational applications
• Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product
• Labor charges, service calls, removal, reinstallation, travel time, freight,
  packaging, shipping, handling, or delivery costs unless approved in writing by
  American RV Decks.
• Products purchased secondhand, resold, modified, or used for rental,
  commercial, institutional, or non-RV applications unless specifically authorized by
  American RV Decks in writing.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective under this warranty, please:

1. A copy of the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
2. A description of the issue.
3. Photos or videos showing the product, installation, and claimed defect.
4. Any additional information reasonably requested by American RV Decks to
   evaluate the claim.

American RV Decks may require the defective product or component to be returned for
inspection before approving a warranty remedy. If return shipment is required, the
product or component should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Unless otherwise approved in writing, the purchaser is responsible for shipping,
packaging, and transportation costs associated with submitting a warranty claim.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

After reviewing the claim, American RV Decks may choose one of the following
remedies:

1. Provide replacement parts or components.
2. Repair the defective product or component.
3. Replace the product with the same or a reasonably comparable product.
4. Offer a refund or credit based on the original purchase price, less a reasonable

The remedy selected by American RV Decks shall be the purchaser’s sole and
exclusive remedy under this warranty.
