Thank you for shopping with American RV Decks. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from rvdecks.com.

1. Free Shipping

American RV Decks offers free shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping applies to standard ground or freight delivery, depending on product size and weight. Any applicable shipping charges for non-standard delivery areas or special delivery requests will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not included in free shipping unless explicitly stated. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote if needed.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods

Due to the size and weight of our products, shipments may be delivered via:

  • Ground carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) for smaller items
  • LTL freight carriers for larger deck components

Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery unless otherwise specified.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary based on carrier, destination, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

American RV Decks is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Freight Deliveries & Responsibilities

For freight shipments:

  • The delivery location must be accessible to a standard freight truck
  • The recipient is responsible for unloading the shipment unless otherwise arranged
  • Someone must be present at the delivery location to receive and inspect the shipment

If delivery is missed due to customer unavailability or inaccessible delivery locations, additional delivery or storage fees may apply.

6. Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos of the damage and packaging
  • Contact American RV Decks within 48 hours of delivery with documentation

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to file a carrier claim.

7. Incorrect Address or Refused Deliveries

American RV Decks is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Refused deliveries or returns due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping or restocking fees.

8. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
